UX/UI Designer

Your Role

• Collaborate with cross-functional team, including product manager and developers, to define and implement UX/UI strategies
• Conduct user research to identify user needs, goals, and pain points, and translate findings into actionable insights
• Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions
• Design and iterate on intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with the company's brand and product goals
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to validate and improve the user experience
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the user experience
• Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products

Who You Are

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to solve complex design problems and create intuitive user experiences
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, or similar
• Solid understanding of user focused design principles and methodologies
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design iterations
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first design approach
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and work effectively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of visual aesthetics and typography
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
