BCW Group, a diverse network of industry-leading communications agencies, is looking for a talented Human Resources Director to further shape and deliver an employee experience second-to-none for our people at BCW in Singapore, and employees at GCI Health across the Asia-Pacific region with a heavy focus on the Singapore market.
We’re looking for a Human Resources Director who can work beyond the oversight of people policies and processes, someone who can strategically identify opportunities, and deliver against them, to ensure our high growth agencies provide a best-in-industry employee experience that continuously puts the wellbeing and development of our people at the centre of success.
Supported by a HR Coordinator, the successful candidate will form part of the leadership teams of BCW Singapore and GCI Health Asia-Pacific, which have both overlapping and independent human resource needs.
The role will report into the CEO of BCW Group Singapore and have dotted lines to the Director and Head of People Team, Asia Pacific, BCW and the Global Chief People Officer, GCI Group.
