Work closely with Senior Marketing Manager of the Marketing Department to develop strategies and plans, market events, initiatives and campaigns to support the organisational goals. Support the team to facilitate greater inter-department communication and teamwork by enhancing the current workflow processes.
Integrated Marketing
- Work with the marketing team to manage and execute integrated marketing plan which includes the use of traditional and digital media marketing, branding, website, social media, eDM, content production with a main focus on events marketing
- Implement marketing strategies to amplify and drive awareness of SIAS among its target audiences
- Assist to plan and monitor department budget
Performance Marketing
- Develop and execute SEM
- Ensure the events marketing achieved the target KPIs with the number of registration and reach
- Identify key messages and leverage on relevant channels and tactics to creatively amplify SIAS to stakeholders and the public
Design and Content
- Conceptualise collaterals and publicity for marketing and outreach, design and content creation
Requirements
- At least 4-5 years of work experience in marketing, business, mass communication, humanities/social sciences or other related fields
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience, leading and guiding a team
- Hands-on experience in events and campaign marketing from concept to implementation
- A team player with excellent interpersonal, writing and presentation skills
- Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong knowledge of current key trends in social / digital media marketing, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics with experience in creating digital and social media content
- Good grasp of copywriting, graphic design, publishing and layout
