We are currently working with one of the largest and most successful polyolefin producers in Southeast Asia. They are currently looking expanding the Maintenance Section to upkeep the manufacturing plants equipped with latest technology and advanced engineering control and accomplishing corporate business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
• Lead a team of mechanical supervisors and contractors in performing all the plant inspection and modification works to ensure work are carried out timely, safely and with good maintenance practices with no disruption to plant operations.
• Manage and lead the plant painting program to ensure the integrity of plant facility.
• Coordinate with plant operators and other maintenance groups in the execution of plant modifications works with no compromise to safety of workers and integrity of facilities.
• Conduct and arrange training for staff and contractor to enhance their skill and competency levels.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of inspection records and reports in Data Management System.
Requirements
Job Requirements
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Material Engineering.
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience in fixed equipment and piping work related to petrochemical, oil and gas industry.
• Good analytical amp; problem-solving skills, ability to communicate with staff in different functions amp; contractors, strong spirit of collaboration amp; teamwork.
