Responsibilities:

• Provide frontline support on daily operation activities related to facilities management (including building maintenance/repairs; office pantry/common areas maintenance; office furniture/equipment upkeep/maintenance; office stationary; company buses; staff canteen; company vehicles, pest control, etc).
• Synchronize work arrangements with internal and external service providers and ensure all activities are carried out safely and efficiently to support business operations.
• Source and evaluate service providers/vendors/contractors for goods and services, prepare justifications for management approval and contract management.
• Maintain systematic and accurate filing of records and files.
• Coordinate activities based on standards stipulated under ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and SS651 requirements.
• Involved in Workplace Safety amp; Health (WSH) initiatives including secretariat support in WSH Committee, manage risk assessments and coordinate safety suggestions and near-misses update.
• Provide operational support during Plant Shutdown Maintenance once every two years.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of Workplace Safety amp; Health practices and ISO standards.
• A team player with excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• An organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
