Contract Human Resources Executive (Development)

LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT RETAIL AND CORPORATE

1. Ensure training calendar, training program, refreshers and activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care
2. Liaise with suppliers/vendors to secure support for products / brands trainings for the retail team
3. Responsible for the registration of CAG related trainings that is mandatory for the application and renewal of airport passes
4. Develop and review training contents to ensure relevancy to current training needs
5. Conduct training needs analysis and co-ordinate training registration, claims, grants for the employees (Retail and Corporate)
6. Support and co-ordiante mandatory trainings such as First Aid, Trade Compliance and Security Compliance for new and existing employees

HUMAN RESOURCES

1. Co-ordinate and execute the stand-up on-boarding program for retail new hires
2. Support the on-boarding for corporate new hires (Executive levels)
3. Execute the in-store Lotte STAR DNA customer experience program
4. Be the point of contact to manage Mystery shopping / One Changi / Extra Miles Award matters
5. Prepare weekly amp; monthly HR reports for Training amp; Development areas
6. Responsible to review, propose, execute and improve Employee Engagement Program / activities
7. Performs any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications

1. Diploma or Degree in Business / Management / Human Resources
2. At least 2 years of relevant HR and Training experiences in retail or travel retail work environment.
3. Effectively bilingual (English / Mandarin) and possess excellent communication skills in both spoken and written to do translation and to liaise with Mandarin speaking employees.
4. Competent in stand-up training / MS office / presentation
5. Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.
6. Strong interpersonal skills with mature disposition.
