Job Description

Generating large amounts of biomedical data has become relatively straightforward. The challenge now is finding, accessing and analyzing this sensitive data stored across thousands of disconnected locations. It is frustrating and painfully difficult for researchers.

Lifebit has created a patented technology that brings analysis and computation to where data resides. This enables researchers to run analyses on multiple, distributed datasets in-situ, avoiding the risky movement of highly-sensitive data.

Lifebit powers pioneers in national precision medicine such as Genomics England (UK Government) and guides them on how to make their valuable data usable securely. Biotech and pharma leaders like Boehringer Ingelheim turn to Lifebit to connect them to this otherwise locked up data to obtain novel therapeutic insights.

*As our Client Manager...

  • You will lead, organize, inspire and unblock designers, developers, product managers, scrum masters, bioinformaticians and key leadership within the multidisciplinary team with sharp analysis and well-communicated decisions.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders within Lifebit and our Clients to ensure the project is delivered on-time with exceptional quality
  • You will lead efforts to understand the key requirements and pain points from our clients, and effectively translate these core aspects to our engineering and product teams and ensure that open communication is continually maintained.
  • You will identify and implement strategies to both eliminate or reduce the identified pain points and requirements in an efficient manner.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing position with strong experience in Software Project Management
  • Deep rooted knowledge and experience of change management principles and evaluation processes.
  • 3-5+ years of experience working in software products, from discovery, testing, and going live.
  • Experience working directly with leadership at Singapore based government organizations is a large plus.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Experience working with AWS/Cloud-based infrastructure a significant plus, especially as it pertains to Singapore’s GCC framework
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency, and turn these insights into concrete outcomes that align with our strategy.
  • Work directly with key stakeholders within Lifebit and the client organization to organize key requirement gathering sessions and establish strategic oversight
  • Articulate the client scope and project to the team.
  • Work with our Product Managers and Product Owners to translate user needs into compelling Epics and Stories Lifebit teams can use to design, develop, build and deploy the product.
  • Create and implement KPIs and data metrics related to timelines and deliverables
  • Designs amp; continuously improve global management processes to promote the company objectives.
  • You will play a key role in the delivery of high-quality support for business and customers alike.
  • You will take end-to-end ownership for incidents and escalate them where necessary to see them through to resolution.
  • Work with our internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of our Products into our Client environments Requirements.
  • Excellence building and navigating, complex, data heavy product suites.
  • Exceptional English communication skills to be able to thrive as the bridge between customers and team, Mandarin is a plus but not required.
  • Experience of leading a team, including ability to mentor, coach and create a collaborative environment.
  • Experience using Agile and Waterfall methods for software development.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple activities in succession
  • Experience in genetics/genomics and medical sciences is a plus but definitely not a must.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management across multiple parties primarily within Asia and Europe.
  • Prince2 Accreditation a Plus.
