The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and driving strategic planning and organizational development for the company, reporting directly to the CEO. With a team that includes ex-financial engineers, PhD rocket scientists, AI experts, and management consultants, the Chief Strategy Officer will work alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry to shape the future of finance.

• Develop and implement the company's overall strategic plan, with a focus on identifying new growth opportunities
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to stay ahead of industry developments
• Collaborate with the leadership team to set measurable objectives and KPIs for the organization
• Oversee the development and execution of strategic projects and initiatives including acquisitions, partnerships, and product launches
• Drive innovation and lead the development of new products and services
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including investors, clients, and industry partners
• Manage the overall budgeting process to ensure the company stays on track financially

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role in the financial services industry
• Proven experience driving strategy and executing on initiatives that resulted in business growth
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience developing and implementing complex business strategies
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment while prioritizing and managing multiple projects
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
