THE ROLE
LOCATION: SINGAPORE OR WILLING TO RELOCATE
As a motivated Senior Account Executive (Sales Team Leader), you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, managing, and closing new business opportunities while building strong customer relationships. Beyond your primary responsibilities, this role offers you an opportunity to take on a leadership position, leading and coaching a team of sellers to achieve their own success. Your goal is team success.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Manage a sales territory and exceed ARR targets by effectively identifying and pursuing opportunities, you will lead the team from the front.
- Develop a plan to achieve quotas within your territory.
- Lead and coach a team of Account Executives, supporting them in creating and delivering their own territory business plans.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure across the team.
- Utilize networking to uncover new sales opportunities and convert them into lasting partnerships.
- Conduct interactive online demos to showcase the Digify product line to prospective clients.
- Provide professional sales support to team members, fostering their growth and success.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects, understanding their needs and advocating for them internally.
- Address objections and resolve customer issues to maintain our company's reputation.
- Thoroughly document all sales activities and qualification conversations using the agreed-upon methodology and sales process.
- Negotiate sales agreements and maintain clear records in our primary CRM (PipeDrive).
Requirements
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
- Proven experience as an Account Executive
- Proven experience closing deals worth between $30k to $100k ARR
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
- Working knowledge of MEDDPICC or similar methodology
- Highly competent with CRM (Digify uses PipeDrive)
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills
- A strong business acumen and ability to interact with senior execs
- Enthusiastic and passionate individual who enjoys problem solving
