Servicing Ops Team Lead / Executive

We are seeking a Servicing Operations Team Lead/Executive to join our fast-growing startup in the aircon department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate data input, supervising a group of aircon servicing personnel, scheduling service recovery, and liaising with servicing technicians for queries and escalation.

• Lead and manage a team of aircon technicians amp; in house agents
• Ensure that the team meets all customer service and quality standards
• Develop and implement new training and improvement initiatives
• Manage the team's workload and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
• Prepare and submit reports on aircon maintenance
• Liaise with customers to discuss aircon issues and resolve complaints
• Stay up-to-date on the latest aircon technologies and trends
• Prepare reports and analyze data in order to highlight trends.
• Handle other operational duties as the team requires.

Requirements

• Tertiary Education or Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 to 3 years of Operations Escalation experience.
  
• Comfortable working 5 day work week which can include weekends
• Preferably candidates with decent fluency in English.
• Preferably candidates with intermediate excel skills.
