We are seeking a Servicing Operations Team Lead/Executive to join our fast-growing startup in the aircon department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate data input, supervising a group of aircon servicing personnel, scheduling service recovery, and liaising with servicing technicians for queries and escalation.
- Lead and manage a team of aircon technicians amp; in house agents
- Ensure that the team meets all customer service and quality standards
- Develop and implement new training and improvement initiatives
- Manage the team's workload and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Prepare and submit reports on aircon maintenance
- Liaise with customers to discuss aircon issues and resolve complaints
- Stay up-to-date on the latest aircon technologies and trends
- Prepare reports and analyze data in order to highlight trends.
- Handle other operational duties as the team requires.
Requirements
- Tertiary Education or Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 to 3 years of Operations Escalation experience.
- Comfortable working 5 day work week which can include weekends
- Preferably candidates with decent fluency in English.
- Preferably candidates with intermediate excel skills.
