    Job Descriptions:

    • Support Client Solutions Team which consists of four major operations functions including central ops and compliance, payroll, onboarding and local representatives.
    • Be the trusted advisor to all stakeholders within the scope of global employment, international mobility, and regulatory compliance.
    • Work with other regions globally on regional projects.
    • Handle visa application and termination cases across APAC region.
    • Be the owner of global employment and mobility solutions for APAC, and to guide and handover these solutions internally to sales and operational stakeholders.
    • Work with our Legal Department or internal stakeholders/ external vendors on both internal and legal documentation, including but not limited to Employment Agreement, work rules and policy, knowledge base documenting global employment regulations, best practices, FAQs as well as internal operational procedures and processes.
    • Provide key support for internal stakeholders such as sales, customer service, employee relations and payroll departments.
    • Advise on, execute and project manage strategic operational expansion efforts into APAC or other assigned jurisdictions.
    • Provide regular training to the sales and operations team to build up their knowledge on handling HR compliance or payroll related matters.
    • Other ad hoc assignment.


    Requirements

    Profile Required:

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business, economics, HR or legal-related field of study
    • Prior working experience working on a regional basis is a must
    • Extensive experience in international employment amp; mobility in the context of providing employer-of-record solutions to a global client base
    • Deep knowledge of international labour laws, compliance, and employment best practices
    • Significant experience driving international corporate expansions and setting up subsidiary entities in new jurisdictions
    • Significant project management skills and the ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders
    • Excellent researching and documenting skills with a strong ability to synthesize and distil complex information into easily consumable written knowledge
    • Strong command of written and spoken English as well as Chinese
    • A proactive and entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work fully autonomously
    • A strong desire to work fully remotely
