Royal Ocean Marine is a leading headhunting / recruitment agencies company in maritime industry, seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive or Manager to join our client's team. This position will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to grow our business and increase revenue. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, with a track record of success in business development and sales, preferably within the maritime industry. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business plans and strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations, to increase revenue and market share
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry leaders
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform business decisions
- Develop and deliver presentations to clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Create and manage budgets for business development initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of business development plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business development and sales, preferably in the maritime industry
- Proven track record of successfully building and maintaining client relationships
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in offshore industries or shipyard will be added advantage
