Clientele Management amp; Product Adoption:
Thought Partner: Identify and understand in detail the business goals and challenges of our clients thoroughly and be able to ideate and prepare strategic business reviews and customised solutions on how Momos can help solve them
Voice of Customer: Being an effective, and accurate yet strategic voice of our customers to contribute to Momos’ product development in alignment with overall business growth
Service-led Growth: Address, accommodate, and most importantly play a vital role in helping to resolve key clients’ concerns and potential issues faced in navigating Momos, being both prompt and professional
Internal Collaborator: To communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams (product, engineering, marketing, and most frequently with customer success amp; sales teams) to ensure that the objectives of the client are met
Requirements
At least 3-4 years in account management or business development in Marketplace, eCommerce, or other B2B platforms - AM / BDexperience in B2B SaaS is preferred
Managed portfolio of enterprise accounts comprising of the largest brands in various industries, with proven track record in driving strategic conversations with senior management/ decision makers
Has a hunter mentality though role is more inclined towards farming, with demonstrated strong negotiation skills
Creative problem solving and strong ideation - there are different ways to climb a tree, candidate needs to relish proposing different ideas to customers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude towards building relationships with professionals across customers’ organisational
Both a team player in contributing to team initiatives while being excellent at working independently to drive results
Loves tech, and can thrive in a chaotic environment - and it starts from the candidate being able to think SOPs and adhere to cadences
