As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our cloud gaming solution, ensuring a seamless and immersive gaming experience for players worldwide.
Position Overview:
As a Senior Product Manager for Aethir, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy and development of our cloud gaming solution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and business development, to deliver a world-class gaming experience. To be successful in this role you will need solid hands-on experience with building B2B2C mobile and web apps and their backend systems, and with managing cross-functional project teams. You should have a deep understanding of the gaming industry, cloud technologies, and user-centric product development.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Aethir. Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to ensure our offering remains cutting-edge.
User-Centric Approach: Be the voice of the client. Understand needs, gather feedback, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve the gaming experience. Prioritize features and enhancements accordingly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to define product requirements, manage development cycles, and ensure successful product launches.
Monetization Strategy: Collaborate with business development and monetization teams to devise and implement strategies for revenue generation, such as subscription models, in-game purchases, and partnerships.
Quality and Performance: Ensure our solution delivers high-quality, low-latency gaming experiences. Oversee testing and quality assurance processes to maintain a robust and reliable service.
User Acquisition and Retention: Develop strategies to attract new users and retain existing ones. Optimize onboarding processes and player engagement to maximize user satisfaction and lifetime value.
Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics and user feedback to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline). MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
7+ years of product management experience in the cloud or gaming industry, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
Strong knowledge of cloud gaming technologies, gaming platforms, and industry trends.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player motivations and preferences.
