We're on the lookout for a dynamic Senior CRM Product Manager to join our team in collaboration with the Head of CRM Development. As our Senior CRM Product Manager, you'll be the creative force behind our innovative CRM solutions, enhancing and refining our existing capabilities. We're seeking candidates with a proven track record in gamification product development, SaaS expertise, a deep understanding of the CFD industry, or experience in blockchain product development. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with CFD trading customers to ensure their needs are met.

CRM Strategy Formulation:

  • Develop CRM strategies, including customer segmentation, communication plans, and training initiatives, aimed at enhancing customer loyalty and increasing trading activity.

Data Analysis:

  • Analyze customer data to understand preferences, behaviors, and needs, enabling the creation of personalized customer marketing strategies.

Customer Support Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and concerns.
  • Provide training and support for CRM tools.

Marketing Support:

  • Assist the marketing team in devising customer-focused marketing strategies to attract new clients and enhance customer satisfaction.

Compliance:

  • Ensure that all customer interactions comply with relevant financial regulatory laws and requirements.

CRM Tool Management:

  • Manage and maintain CRM systems and tools, ensuring their smooth operation and timely resolution of technical issues.

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor the performance of CRM tools and strategies, evaluate their effectiveness, and provide data-driven insights to enhance our products and strategies.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in CRM-related roles with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Extensive knowledge and expertise in CFD trading or blockchain are highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in crafting comprehensive CRM strategies, including customer segmentation, communication plans, and training initiatives, to enhance customer loyalty and engagement within CFD trading or blockchain sectors.
  • Exceptional analytical skills for dissecting customer data, deriving valuable insights, and understanding customer preferences, behaviors, and needs specific to CFD trading or blockchain.
  • Effective collaboration with customer support teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues within the context of CFD trading or blockchain products. Providing tailored CRM tool training and support is essential.
  • Experience in supporting marketing teams to create customer-focused strategies tailored from CRM Product perspectives. This includes attracting new clients and enhancing customer satisfaction through relevant marketing initiatives.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial regulatory laws and requirements, especially in CFD trading or blockchain industries, to ensure all customer interactions comply with legal standards.
  • Ability to monitor CRM tools and strategies' performance in CFD trading or blockchain industries, assess their effectiveness, and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated adaptability to evolving customer needs and market trends within CFD trading or blockchain sectors. Consistently identifying and addressing customer pain points to enhance loyalty is key.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration across diverse teams for successful CRM strategy execution within CFD trading or blockchain contexts.
  • A bachelor's or higher degree in relevant fields, such as marketing, finance, business management, or related areas, is expected. Additional certifications or courses relevant to CFD trading or blockchain are a plus.
  • Mandarin speaking would be a plus for this position.
  • Willness for frequent regional travelling.
