Sleek is now searching for a new Team Lead Customer Success (Upsell, Upgrade, Renewal) to join the team, based in Singapore while collaborating with the global offices.
Position Duties:
- Responsible for all the revenues generated by current customers (renewals, upsells and upgrades) in Singapore and driving Sleek’s revenue growth by over-achieving KPIs and milestones
- Responsible for managing and building a high performing customer success team.
- Improve existing channels and process to track and get more revenue from existing clients
- Identify product development opportunities through customer feedback and experiences
- Provide the best communication to clients and ensure their needs are covered.
- Configure and install all the necessary tools that will support the excellence of the operation both in terms of effectiveness of the operations and in terms of client satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Tech, Product, Operation, Customer support) to improve customer experience and drive revenue
