We are currently building our Communications, Media, and Hi-Tech (CMT) digital consultancy practice in the APAC region. Infosys Consulting is now looking to recruit an experienced management consultant with deep telco knowledge, sales and delivery experience to support our growing APAC practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large and/or highly complex consulting engagements as well as multiple proposal processes.
  • Advising clients and key stakeholders with best practices, methodologies, state of the art knowledge on IT and operations, processes, and principles to create value for the customer in an innovative / forward thinking way.
  • Have a deep understanding of the telco environment across value chains and have transformation program experiences.
  • You are responsible for new business development, revenue management, client delivery excellence, managing and guiding teams, and act as trusted client advisor.
  • You are recognized as a leader in your relevant industry or horizontal practice with an established reputation as expert.
  • Independently deliver specific work items using your area of expertise (e.g., Telecom product knowledge, Digital, end-to-end customer journey, design thinking etc.).
  • You actively assume responsibilities for recruiting, Coaching and competency development, and have a leadership role in the CMT practice.

Experience Required:

  • Professional work experience in management consulting, consulting engagement management, client relationship development / management, thought leadership creation, etc.
  • Possess a strong working knowledge of the industry key players and understand a number of technology standards.
  • Proven ability to achieve challenging goals and objectives or deadlines.

Significant experience and solid track record in the telecommunications sector, also experience in high technology, media, digital/start-ups is beneficial.

Leads key client stakeholder relationships through managing the overall delivery.

Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, e.g., ability to analyze client operations data to identify process bottle necks.

Act as a self-starting independent contributor or highly efficient and collaborative team member in management consulting projects.

Strong proven technical and business analysis skills including driving requirements elaboration, problem solving, long terms goals and how to achieve them.

Supports project managers in project delivery through high quality execution of deliverable related activities.

Coaches project team members and counselees on both soft and hard skills.

Opens conversations with new and existing clients that lead to revenue generating opportunities.

Have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence clients to achieve successful results and communicate technical ideas.
