Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day client interactions, building positive relationships with clients to facilitate retention or increase in account size.
- Understand client’s briefs, and advise on best ways to leverage on our marketing solutions to achieve their goals.
- Brief campaign team about campaign objectives, budgets and timelines, and follow through to ensure all campaigns are on brief and on time.
- Ensure delivery for key milestones including brief finalisation, client approvals, campaign launch, and billing.
- Develop pre- and post-campaign reports with campaign team and organise presentations to clients.
- Seek out external partnerships/collaboration or freelance resources that may be needed for campaign fulfilment.
- Proactively resolve issues, knowing when and whom to escalate to.
Requirements
- At least 5 years in account servicing at a creative/media/social/production agency
- High EQ and excellent people skills to manage clients of different personalities
- Experience handling SME accounts
- For the SME sector that this role will be handling, while each account size and need are small, there are several accounts (can be up to 40) to handle at one time you’ll need to be highly organised
