Role Overview: As a Public Relations and Marketing Intern at Reapra, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to revolutionize the way we connect with our target audience. It's about pushing the boundaries, experimenting with innovative strategies, and building authentic relationships with our community. It requires iteration through learning by doing and does not rely on traditional technical skills or best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Co-develop, execute and update new systems to increase reach and quality of Reapra brand awareness
- Co-develop unique content, media campaigns (online and traditional), and information distribution plans.
- Organize community events and meetings for these objectives
- Own and execute tasks to supplement new systems
- Coordinate and co-create new initiatives with the teams in Singapore and other markets, as well as other stakeholders in the Reapra group.
Requirements
- Work Experience: PR (ability to reach out to, negotiate, and engage media outlets, traditional and other platforms, write press releases), marketing (developing, distributing and managing marketing campaigns and materials), and events (organizing and developing events based on these objectives).
- Self-Understanding: Being in touch with how and why you operate in decision-making and actions is important. Self-awareness can contribute to greater learning and personal and team growth.
