Our Culture team is looking for a HR Operations Associate to support day-to-day HR and office operations for our Singapore and Vietnam offices. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness and communication.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support in Office Operations including office management and lease negotiations, courier operations, IT asset management
- Administer full spectrum of HR services including payroll, expense processing, income tax submission, leaves amp; absences, employee’s data recording amp; reporting, on-boarding and off-boarding processing
- Administer MOM Work Pass applications, renewals and cancellations
- Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of confidential information in HRIS system and HR Shared Drive
- Work together with external third party vendors in Vietnam to ensure timely payroll processing for Thailand and Vietnam employees
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws amp; advisories
- Assist in facilitating an overall employee experience through ongoing operational support
- Support in any other ad-hoc duties as required by the team
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- At least two years of experience in HR operations
- Available to start work from November 2023 onwards
- Jovial and pleasant personality with a positive can-do attitude
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work
- Creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with the Southeast Asian market, including Vietnam, would be advantageous
- Proven work experience as an HR Operations Associate or Office Administrator within the start-up/SME space would be a big plus
