We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Marketing Operations Manager to join our team and streamline our marketing processes for optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
As an Assistant Marketing Operations Manager at Zenyum, you will play a critical role in optimising our marketing activities, systems, and workflows. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure the seamless execution of marketing campaigns, track performance metrics, and contribute to data-driven decision-making.Responsibilities:- Assist in the development and execution of regional marketing plans and strategies.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics and generate regular marketing reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the creative and content team to create compelling marketing materials for social media.
- Conduct competitor analysis to gain insights into competitor strategies, marketing tactics, and industry trends. This includes monitoring competitor activity across various channels, analysing their marketing campaigns, and identifying areas where we can improve our own campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and local marketing teams.
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that are tailored to each product and target audience.
- Collaborate with channel specialists to drive traffic and increase conversion rates through various online marketing channels, such as email marketing, KOL, social media, PPC advertising, and SEO.
- Utilise analytics tools to track website performance, measure ROI, and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and project plans for marketing campaigns across marketing amp; distribution channels (e-com, retail, etc).
- Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing operations.
- Identify and address process bottlenecks and inefficiencies to streamline marketing operations.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in social media marketing, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Experience in campaign management and social media content planning.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Data Studio is a plus.
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn about emerging trends and technologies.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to multitask.
