Objective of the role

  1. Work closely with the markets in SEA, HK amp; Taiwan to implement the approved Marketing strategy for the Elizabeth Arden brand and all the licensed Brands
  2. To support and assist the Regional Marketing Manager in all areas to ensure the objectives of the Marketing Department are met.


Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy

  • To drive the master marketing calendar for the region as defined by RMM. This includes the forecast of all innovations amp; collaterals, the definition and execution of the merchandising guidelines, launch activities, events amp; media campaign planning.
  • To understand how this plan can be implemented by country. Be able to customize amp; recommend while working on the defined Aamp;P of each account in collaboration with the various markets.
  • To work with RMM to implement all the above into a financial plan which fits the given budget amp; monitor it through the fiscal year.
  • To work with RMM to lead a launch plan for all key launches and ensure the execution is as per planned.

Media amp; PR

  • To work with RMM to define the relevant media strategy by brand amp; by market with given budget.
  • To understand how to plan the media budget amp; be able to develop a media brief by account.
  • To work closely with agency to identify all opportunities and maximize ROI for all media campaigns in Singapore.
  • To challenge the markets when activities are not planned or budget is not allocated in an optimal way.
  • To plan and coordinate all PR events with the distributors together with RMM.
  • Liaise with fashion houses (Juicy Couture amp; John Varvatos) to work on tie-up events amp; generate synergies between teams.

Forecasts Management

  • To manage forecasts for innovations efficiently optimize forecasts accuracy, ensure that forecasts are entered in due time, manage the flow of information between various departments.
  • To monitor the master forecast tracker and ensure that all programs are fully forecasted as per budget amp; minimize quarterly liabilities.
  • To monitor the monthly forecast rollover, update the monthly DME file amp; be able to provide relevant information to the forecasting amp; finance teams during the monthly forecast consensus meeting.
  • To ensure amp; monitor an optimal amp; efficient assortment for all markets.

Visual Merchandising amp; Counter Design

  • To work with RMM and be responsible for all counter renovations amp; designs projects of the region. Work closely with each distributor amp; our design agent to define functional designs that are in line with our corporate look.
  • To make sure that all materials are globally approved amp; follow up on all creative requests.
  • To monitor all promotions across the region provide necessary guidelines and template in due time.
  • To define the regional transparency and Visual Merchandising strategy and ensure in-store excellence across all locations.
