What You Can Expect To Work On
- Creation of intuitive and user-friendly designs to provide an excellent user experience for B2C, B2B web applications or marketing need;
- Designing interactions that are intuitive and easy to use, including things like gestures, animations, and transitions;
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and founders;
- Design, build, and maintain design systems and UI components using JavaScript, HTML, CSS or any related languages and frameworks such as React or Next.Js.
- Conducting user research and using analytics to make data-driven design decisions; and
- Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies.
Requirements
What You Need to Succeed
- Experience. At least 4 years of experience as an UI/UX Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects
- Tool: Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision
- Technical Knowledge: Basic proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript. (Bonus to have: ReactJS/Tailwind CSS)
- Attention to detail. Pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics
- Communication. Excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
- Team player. A strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
