Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily accounting and finance functions; including cash management, payments, company tax and company reports
• Monitor to ensure that all the daily accounting records are accurate and up- to-date
• Manage the monthly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance reconciliations and report preparation
• Make sure that all the periodical tax compliances are prepared properly and submitted on time to the tax office
• Preparation of all the financial projections including the annual budget, periodical future cash flow statements etc.
• Involving and managing the situation when Internal Audits and External Audits held in the company
• Assist with payroll function including tax calculation and make payment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Taxation, Accounting and Finance
• At least 4 years of experiences in related job, 3 years working experience at Big 4
• Understand tax audits and dispute procedures, able to liaise with the tax authorities if necessary and having a deep knowledge about tax regulatory
• Experienced in handling budgeting, forecasting and management report
• Familiar and comfortable with accounting software
• Fluency in English and Chinese
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical thinking and comfortable with numbers
