• Lead the end-to-end service design process, from research and ideation to implementation and evaluation.
• Conduct user research activities, including interviews, observations, and journey mapping, to understand user needs and pain points.
• Create prototypes and service blueprints to visualize and communicate service concepts to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product managers, marketing, and operations, to align service design initiatives with business goals.
• Guiding the design and development of the service from a holistic, user-friendly, business-strategic, and human-centered point of view.
