Intern Sales Operations
Porsche Singapore Pte. Ltd.
Porsche Singapore is offering a Sales Operations internship opportunity. The successful interns will support the dealership’s operations in sales operations, coordinating with other intra-company departments, and handling administrative duties.
- Support and monitor daily, monthly, quarterly and annual sales-centric reporting
- Support in short-/mid-/long-term sales planning processes
- Support customer orders according to customer requirements and track to ensure timely delivery
- Support and update vehicle list, input for vehicle ordering
- Support sales administrative and operations support (e.g. COE bidding, vehicle registrations, warranties, etc) or any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management as required
Requirements
- Current student in Bachelor’s/Master’s in areas such as Business Administration, Economics, Analytics, Finance, or related fields
- High interest in premium automotive industry
- Past internship experience preferred
- Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Open-minded, organised, analytical and quality oriented, able to work independently
- Team oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding
Internship Duration: January 2024 June/July 2024 (Negotiable)
