About the role
The incumbent will be part of the Flavours amp; Fragrances team within the Sales department in providing seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives. The TKAM is a point of contact for the customer, after the SKAM.
The TKAM is responsible of identifying and reporting to the SKAM any opportunities regionally in terms of account management improvement regarding Business and Operations or any other aspects for the clients assigned within the industry cluster.
What you will be doing
· New Business Implementation and follow up on these progress with other customer and Bollore offices in the ASPAC region
· Focus on growing customer foot prints and developing solutions such as optimization and business process re-engineering or distribution network
· Propose innovative solutions for future development
· Mapping opportunities
· Make preparation and participate in Business Reviews
Team Management· Ensure and monitor team compliance to the Bollore’s Code of Conduct and Company’s regulations
· Ensure team understanding and implementation on Bollore’s Value in daily work behaviors
· Plan and monitor team performance including give coaching and counselling needed to deliver expected outcomes
· Plan and monitor team development together with HR Division
· Ensure updated Job Description availability for the team by coordinating with HR Division
· Ensure all changes in Department / Section communicated properly to the team
Requirements
The successful candidate
· Degree graduate in the relevant field
· Travelling is required once a month or depending on projects
· Minimum 5 years of customer service/ sales/operations experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding
· Strong project management and relationship building skills
· Excellent presentation and analytical skills
· Knowledge of SAP is a plus
· Planning experience in manufacturing is a plus
