Job Description
- Your primary responsibility is to provide technical assistance and support to end-users within the organization.
- Your role involves resolving hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, and other IT peripherals.
- You will be tasked with installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and ensuring they operate efficiently.
- Additionally, you'll assist users with technical inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Provide remote assistance for off-site users using remote desktop tools.
- Assist users with login issues, password resets, and access-related queries
- Your goal is to ensure a smooth and productive computing environment for all employees, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization
Requirements
- Strong understanding of desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS).
- Knowledge of desktop hardware components and peripherals
- Install and configure desktop operating systems, applications, and software updates.
- Set up and troubleshoot hardware components.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Ability to analyze and solve hardware and software problems efficiently.
- Ability to collaborate with other IT professionals and support teams.
- Share knowledge and contribute to the overall IT support function.
