IT Support Engineer (Coastal) - (WL-FRW240201 001/01)

Our Client is a Multinational Information Technology and Electronic company. With their expansion plan, they are looking for IT Support Engineers.

The Role:

• Support the project teams in the implementation, installation and configuration of PCs / Workstations O.S., applications and related peripheral devices.
• Provide 1st level on-site IT support to the end-users on 8 hours shift including Public Holidays.
• Provide findings and timely status update to the Project Manager on major issues escalated by users.
• Perform daily health check and inventory check on system.
• The Support Engineer will report to the Project Manager.
• Experience in installation, configuration, troubleshooting of PC / peripheral devices and application maintenance support will be required.
• Hands-on experience in supporting end-users in a Windows (Windows clients) environment is required

Requirements

• Shiftwork (Monday - Sunday):
• Day shift: 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.
• Night shift: 3 pm - 11 p.m.
• Successful applicants should be prepared to be deployed primarily at Tanah Merah, Harbourfront and Marina Bay. The also could be deployed in future on a rotational basis;
• Certificate in Higher Nitec or Diploma, ideally with a focus / specialization in IT;
• Having prior exposure to IT operational environments;
• Communicate well and has good interpersonal skills;
• Independent and has ownership of assigned tasks.
