Royal Ocean Marine, a leading headhunting /recruitment agenciescompany in the maritime industry based in Singapore, is seeking a HR Manager to join the client's team ( Civil engineering ) in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. You will play a key role in recruitment, talent management, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
• Oversee performance management and employee development programs
• Handle employee relations and address any concerns or issues
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Manage HR data and reporting
• Work closely with management to develop and execute HR strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR management
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in recruitment and talent management
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
