Porsche Services Singapore Pte Ltd is the subsidy of Porsche Financial Services, responsible for the captive business in Singapore and our Asia Pacific Porsche Importers. We understand the importance of digitization in today's business landscape and offer solutions to streamline the sales processes through end-to-end omni-channel approaches. Our digital sales enablers help professionalize the Porsche sales experience, making it more convenient and accessible for both, dealers amp; customers.

Tasks:

• Lead the ramp-up of a digital product team that builds, operates, and rolls out solutions to corresponding markets.
• Define strategic direction for the team and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Develop processes and procedures that enable efficient and effective product development and delivery.
• Identify and select strategic partners and ensure effective collaboration and communication.
• Decide on the product portfolio and ensure it aligns with company strategy and meets customer needs.
• Engage with markets and headquarters to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Analyse and improve existing business processes, identify opportunities for growth and efficiency, and research industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the automotive or retail industry, with a strong focus on digital topics such as building digital products and teams as well as planning and deploying both business and IT initiatives.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing agile product teams.
• Excellent knowledge of agile methodology, particularly the SAFe framework as well as experience with enterprise
  organizations.
• Ability to model business processes and apply architectural principles to business solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization.
• Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities.
• Good knowledge of retail processes in the automotive industry and the latest digital trends and technologies.
• Profound market knowledge of the regions Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa and Latin America
• Proficiency in German would be an advantage.
