Business Development and Corporate Engagement
- Execute a full suite of shareholder engagement initiatives such as dialogue sessions, fireside chats and questions on annual reports etc.
- Liaise with public listed companies and corporate partners on planning and organising stakeholders’ engagement programmes.
- Engage corporate partners who have sponsored their shareholders and employees for SIAS Associate Membership, market and promote this benefit within the partners’ organisation and to the investing community.
- Work with sponsors to deliver and fulfil sponsorship entitlements.
- Involve in part of the planning and executing of annual flagship events such as Corporate Governance Week, Investors’ Choice Awards and Investor Rights Campaign
Partnership and Community Engagement
- Identify and work with relevant partners to provide exclusive benefits and events for the betterment of our services to members.
- Work with respective departments to develop new membership benefits and exclusive members’ only events.
- Maintain good relations and customer service with corporates and members.
- Plan, execute and work within budget to promote membership to the public.
- Any other matters related to corporate and community engagement assigned by the Management
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing and/or relevant fields
- Minimum 2 years experience in Accounts Servicing, Fund Raising, Project Management and/or relevant fields is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Self-driven, people oriented and a team player
- Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Ability to communicate, build and maintain good relationship with the community.
- Excellent in oral and written command of the English language is essential, proficiency in Chinese language will be an added advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking members
