Senior Accountant (US GAAP, Shared Service)

Job Responsibilities

• Perform end to end accounts payable and employee payable process.
• Prepare and manage cash flow forecast and banking interfaces.
• Manage receivables, intercompany reconciliation, fixed assets, bank reconciliation.
• Maintain general ledger accounts, prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Perform month end close including preparation and analysis of Balance Sheet/ Profit amp; Loss and financial/ management reports.
• Prepare actuals vs budget travel and entertainment reports.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and other statutory bodies.
• Assist in internal audit, SOX compliance, and external audit activities.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders on any issue resolutions.
• Provide guidance to employees on policies and procedures.
• Prepare standard operating procedures.
• Drive improvements to streamline processes and enhance controls.
• Other ad-hoc tasks and projects.
