• Experiences in piping and fixed equipment inspection and maintenances

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of mechanical supervisors and contractors in performing all the plant inspection and modification works to ensure work are carried out timely, safely and with good maintenance practices with no disruption to plant operations.
• Manage and lead the plant painting program to ensure the integrity of plant facility.
• Coordinate with plant operators and other maintenance groups in the execution of plant modifications works with no compromise to safety of workers and integrity of facilities.
• Conduct and arrange training for staff and contractor to enhance their skill and competency levels.
• Implement management systems based on standards stipulated under ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and SS651.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of inspection records and reports in Data Management System.

Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Material Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years experiences fixed equipment and piping inspection within chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas industry
• Experience in perform corrosion under insulation (CUI) or coating inspection
• API certification is a plus
• Good analytical amp; problem-solving skills, ability to communicate with staff in different functions amp; contractors, strong spirit of collaboration amp; teamwork.
