Responsible for sales of products/services within a designated market (Shipyards & Ship Management) in Industrial Automation; Marine & Ports in accordance with strategy. Reporting to Service Sales Manager and building long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities.
Your responsibilities
Selling products & services to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for Business Units.
Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promoting customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering, and align to provide a solution and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Preparing sales plans using company tools and performing regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls.
Creating added value for the customer and ABB and ensuring the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques. Communicating details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions).
Ensuring efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers.
Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensures knowhow sharing and cross-collaboration.
Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports collection and project management activities when needed.
Preparing offers in coordination with the Operation department, ensuring appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions.

Your background
Degree in relevant course, Electrical Engineering is preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in service sales
Experience in after Sales Service within Marine industry is required.
Basic Electrical knowledge.
Good network in Shipmanagement and Shipyard market
Very good communications and negotiation skills
