How will you value-add?
The Business Development department focuses the firm's market strategies around client issues in targeted client segments to drive revenue growth. We work across all lines of service and industries to act as the voice of the client through the use of analytics and insights. We support our internal clients in building trust with new clients and deepening relationships in the marketplace.
As the CRM Manager/ Senior Associate, you will manage a small team and be responsible for oversight of the firm’s Salesforce CRM system, with key focus on user adoption. Together we can build trust in society and solve important problems
Drive sales transformation across the firm through optimising the Salesforce CRM features across the firm to derive insights
Lead development of new ways of working around Salesforce to drive client experience and sales conversion
Work with other territories to formulate best practice use of CRM
Translate stakeholder needs to business case for system enhancement and follow-up with firm’s global team for approval and build
Plan, drive, and monitor firmwide CRM user adoption and communications (including internal website, internal newsletters and forums)
Coordinate development of end-user training curriculum and materials and provide guidance as required
Manage and drive continuous improvement of policies, business rules and ensure their compliance
About You
4-6 years’ experience in a similar function with Bachelor degree in the field of Business and Business Infosystems or equivalent
Experience in CRM and/or ERP is essential, knowledge of Salesforce and Power BI will be a plus
Proficient in MS Office and working knowledge of MS PowerPoint and G-Suite tools (eg. Google Sheets, Google Slides)
Able to manage multiple stakeholders at various levels
Self-motivated with excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Adaptable with a can-do attitude towards changing priorities and ability to follow-through tasks with tight deadlines
Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly as well as manage a team
