About the Team
PwC SEAC’s Digital Transformation practice provides a combination of business and technology advice from strategy to execution and helps solve our clients’ most complex business challenges in today’s interlinked and global environment.
The Financial Services Digital Transformation team enables banks, asset managers, insurance companies and others to accelerate the digital change and future proof operational readiness. We work closely together with our own innovation center, and leverage alliances with leading technology providers and Fintechs to bring the best solutions to our clients. It is our goal to support our clients to achieve sustained growth, increased operational efficiency to increase their competitive advantage, as well as to ensure that operational systems are agile and responsive to a constantly changing environment and highly complex ecosystem.
Our focus areas are Digital Transformation for productivity, growth and digitization priorities.
About the Role
As a Manager, you will be expected to:
Collaborate with engagement team members in the delivery of projects for clients, which includes activities from issue analysis through solution delivery
Prioritize objectives and contribute to project planning and status reporting
Run current state assessments, develop business case, redesign operating models, coach new ways of working and manage change initiatives and technology implementations
Build collaborative relationships with clients and internal peers through the course of engagements
Lead workstreams and guide entry level Associates / Senior Associates on effective task delivery
Support the leadership team in business development initiatives, including the drafting of proposals and presentations
About you
You are likely to be a financial services consulting professional with the following key attributes:
Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Business Engineering related discipline from a reputable University, with strong skills and experience in financial services. CFA is an advantage.
Minimum 5 – 7 years of relevant experience, ideally in Consulting related to strategy, operations and/or digital transformation with demonstrated skills in managing projects and communicating effectively with clients and teams; Financial Service industry experience or internal consulting role is preferred.
Strong story boarding, business case development, analytical and problem solving skills
Experienced project manager capable of working independently with both internal stakeholders and clients
Demonstrate an understanding of banking industry, products and regulations
