About the Role
A career in Clients & Markets will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm. You’ll focus on driving major Pursuits with a programmatic approach, client focus, and competitive acumen.
Our team is a client focused group that is responsible for positioning the PwC brand and driving long term growth. You’ll drive consistency in executing our client relationship, and business development strategy, as well as driving our sales framework to help deliver value on key business initiatives.
The responsibilities include:
Coach, drive and create with teams to formulate tailored strategies, presentations and materials to win significant sales opportunities
Drive the programmatic momentum of the pursuit and lead all members of the pursuit team to make certain that deliverables are met, duties are shared appropriately and enthusiasm and motivation remain high
Develop and drive pursuit plans from pre-RFP to close, including client engagement strategies, documentation and key messaging, pricing strategy and orals coaching
Prepare teams for client meetings leading the development of presentation materials and synthesizing important issues
Build and leverage relationships to bring the best of the firm to our most strategic opportunities
Internal and client-facing session design and facilitation, virtual and in-person
Drive demand generation uplift and adoption, embedding a sales culture into PwC SEAC
Inform and spear-head learning and development programs and initiatives
Client facing session design both virtual, and in-person
Capture and share wins and learnings
Job Specification
About you
5-10 years experience leading major pursuits, with a Business Development background in industry or professional services
Extensive experience in developing and refining tailored messages and/or value propositions.
Excellent facilitation/BD skills and the ability to work as a trusted advisor to the most senior people in the firm
Strong program management capability (i.e. PMO or strong project management experience)
Demonstrated ability to:
to organize and lead project team communications, including team meetings and calls, touch points and action item follow-up.

Communication and content management capability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high-attention to detail.
