The Role
We are looking for someone passionate about discovering entrepreneurial talent, to proactively find exceptional individuals for EF’s programme in Singapore. Your mission is to find the next Mark Zuckerberg before he started Facebook, to give a future Anne Wojcicki the platform to bring her genome research to millions curious about their ancestry, and to be the door opener for the next Bill Gates when he wanted to take his coding experience into the commercial world.
Based in our Singapore office, the role owns the process of identifying and contacting exceptionally talented individuals to share more about EF, ultimately leading them to apply. Your work will tangibly impact the number of world-class companies being built in Singapore and you will directly contribute to EF’s success as the world’s leading talent investor. This role sits within our Singapore Talent team, working closely with colleagues from around the world.

What You'll Do
* You will be tasked to identify and engage with exceptional individuals for EF to invest in. You have the challenging but incredibly exciting task of finding world-class founders before they are founders. In many cases, you will be the catalyst that sparks their interest in EF or even entrepreneurship.* You'll build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new leads to engage - across both technical and non technical fields - and use the in-depth criteria we have formed to assess the best.* You'll experiment with different forms of outreach and copy, while always maintaining a personalised approach.* You’ll work closely with our local Talent Manager and General Manager in Singapore, ensuring we are setting high standards and aligning our teams on what great looks like.* You will work with sourcers globally to share best practice to optimise sourcing* You'll maintain our CRM as a single source of truth for exceptional individuals engaged in Singapore.

What You’ll Need * You have strong knowledge of the local start up ecosystem, or a deep understanding of the Singaporean university and talent landscape* You bring 1-2+ years of talent sourcing / recruiting, sales or lead generation experience in a dynamic and international environment* You are both data-minded and target-driven, tenacious in reaching your goals* You are think in pipelines and dig deep to find areas for improvement at every stage* You are a highly organised self-starter who gets things done* You are a team player, who is motivated by achieving shared goals* You are a quick learner who thrives in fast-paced environments, and is and able to adapt to changing needs and circumstances* You are a clear communicator who is comfortable managing relationships with multiple stakeholders.* You’re able to handle all situations and data sensitively and in confidence* You are interested in building a career in sourcing and talent acquisition, talent-investing or marketing
