About the Account Strategy teamOur Account Strategy team is dynamic, experienced and motivated. Their primary responsibility is to ensure a continual growth in existing client accounts through effective management of relationships, and a continual pipeline of new clients flows through the business. The Account Strategy team interacts with top advertisers, brands and marketers across verticals including (but not limited to) Retail, Travel, eCommerce, Classifieds, Automotive and Finance. Account Strategists learn about our clients’ business objectives and design solutions that contribute to increasing revenue and marketing spend efficiency. Persistence, professionalism and passion are all prerequisites to be a part of this dedicated team, as well as personality and the ability to develop deep client relationships based on trust and credibility with senior leaders in our existing portfolio.
About the roleCriteo is in search of an organized self-motivated Head of Large Customers, SEA to join our Account Strategy team in Singapore. You will be managing the Account Strategists and providing team development, ensuring consistent achievement of quarterly revenue goals.The successful candidate is confident yet humble, professionally persuasive, can demonstrate a solid depth of knowledge on the local digital industry and how this relates to the international market. He/she understands the changing media climate and the inherent challenges and opportunities this brings to both clients and publishers.What You'll Do
  • Provide effective team management and development, delivering consistent achievement against specific aggressive targets
  • Full prospect pipeline management, forecasting and reporting
  • Owning the Senior and C-Level relationships across existing and prospective clients, driving regular client meetings at different levels in the advertiser’s organization
  • Effectively manage relationships with top advertisers and agencies across SEA
  • Aggressively grow revenue and track retention of clients and/or agencies
  • Optimize accounts toward improved account performance for the customer
  • Proactively identify and suggest new processes toward enhancing Criteo’s service
  • Encourage feedback from customers to further strengthen Criteo’s products and services
  • Representation of Criteo and public speaking at external conferences and events
What We Need
  • BA/BS university degree
  • At least 10 years’ proven sales experience amp; achievement, with at least 6 years’ experience in direct client relationships in online performance media
  • Ability to provide strong leadership and effective mentorship, with at least 6 years’ experience in people management
  • Industry experience preferred (digital advertising, e-commerce, advertising technology etc.)
  • Demonstrated track record of success in offering outstanding client management and innovation leading to revenue growth and customer retention
  • Strategic account planning and management experience
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of SEA as a market
  • Ability to assess and resolve advertiser/agency issues encountered in the role and customize solutions accordingly
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills for forecasting amp; management reporting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Technical knowledge of site tagging, ad serving and ad ops would be an advantage
  • Ability to provide thought leadership both internally and externally
