Develop and maintain sales plan- manage purchases plan, communicate forecasts to the suppliers and resolve inventory issues
Develop and maintain strategic relationship with the Vendor and Customer
Business Development: Work with customers and merchandisers and find new ways of expanding in new territory
Manage end-to-end procurement process through the development of market analysis and analysis of demand/specification, risk assessment methodologies, professional preparation of relevant documentation, procurement plan, receipt of offers, while overseeing the coordination of the evaluation, negotiation and contracting process
Assortment planning and Competition Tracking: Ensure we have a competitive pricing compared to other players in the market. Work with the internal/external team to be competitive in the pricing as compared to ongoing marketand competition prices
Category marketing: Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly calendars based on the events planned for the Category. Have a joint marketing plans signed off with supplier/partners, execute the plan in coordination with internal team
Customer Experience: Anticipate and create solutions for customer pain points. Should be able to resolve customer escalation. Also look at minimizing returns and cancellations in the category

Minimum 3-5 years of Experience in a Buying/Purchasing/Sourcing Role, Ideally in Electronics/IT will be an advantage. Candidates from relevant background or premier business schools will be preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Efficient user of MS-Excel and macros.
