Service Technician (Specialist Hygiene)

• To ensure prompt and timely service at customers’ premises (This include but not limited to clearing both minor/major blockages at customer sites, grease trap cleaning for all Famp;B businesses by using different tools and equipment provided by the company)
• To ensure service reports are accurate, signed by customer and submitted on time
• To adhere to all instructions of Service Supervisor
• To maintain company equipment in good and working condition
• To ensure good customer service at customer’s premises

Requirements

• Able to converse and write in English
• With Class 3 / 4 driving license
• Service-oriented
• Team player
• Physically fit
• Positive working attitude
• Able to work outside normal office work hours.
