Job Description

We are growing and looking for a Senior CRM Manager to join our Singapore team with a focus on CRM Strategy, including scoping, design and delivery of our existing customer lifecycle products, and work with the core CRM team and our partners in adjacent capabilities to develop new Jellyfish CRM products enabling client growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience developing data driven CRM and customer lifecycle strategies, executing marketing automation campaigns and have an understanding of data integration into/out of Email Service Providers (ESP) and a technical aptitude.

The ideal candidate will be a professionally certified subject matter expert of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Specialist/Consultant) and must be able to articulately consult with clients to develop best in class solutions.

They should be able to confidently lead client workshops, coordinate relevant internal resources, accurately estimate and scope projects and influence internal and external stakeholders at a senior level.


Responsibilities

  • Support VP of CRM and Sales Lead on new business opportunities
  • Lead complex targeting and personalisation strategies, utilising informed data points to develop advanced segmentation decisions
  • Design Customer Lifecycle Planning Programmes and lead campaign development and launch
  • Collaborate with other business channels to devise appropriate cross-channel efforts and communication streams
  • Proactively research and identify opportunities to further drive revenue through customer campaigns and improve marketing efficiencies
  • Actively contribute to Jellyfish’s CRM value proposition, products amp; services
  • Advise clients based on their requirements on the best CRM Solution
  • Develop Proposals and support on RFP responses

Requirements

  • Experience in Marketing Automation and Customer Lifecycle Planning, Salesforce Marketing Cloud certified candidates preferred
  • Experience leading customer facing discussions
  • Cross-channel business acumen
  • Passionate about leveraging data to achieve business outcomes
  • Highly proficient with marketing technologies (specifically campaign management, data management platforms); general knowledge of HTML
  • Proven ability to manage, develop, and mentor team members
  • Create and present process and business facing documentation
  • Exposure to Google Marketing Platform and Facebook preferred
