You will:
- Create a world class customer experience.
- Communicate with customers through call, live chat and email.
- Reply and resolve all customer conversations.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions / alternatives.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships by identifying and assessing customers’ needs and providing top-notch support
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams to communicate insights from customer interaction and feedback for product and service improvement.
- Meet customer satisfaction score and average response time targets.
- Follow and assist in improving communications guidelines and policies.
- Always go the extra mile to delight customers.
- Receive compensation of $8-12/hour
We’re looking for someone with:
- Availability to commit for at least 3 months
- IT savvy to learn how to operate our systems.
- Strong management and communication skills.
- Desire to go the extra mile to delight customers.
- Ability to start and get things done.
- Ability to handle ambiguity.
Working shifts:
- Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays: 10AM-8:30PM
- Sundays: 10AM-3PM and 5PM-8:30PM
