The User Happiness Center team is based in our office at the second floor of Decathlon Singapore Lab.
The team's role is to provide beyond amazing service for all our customers in Singapore - for all our physical stores amp; online store!
As a User Happiness Ambassador, you will be responsible to satisfy our customers by providing a unique and personalized experience via phone calls.
The queries you will receive are related to various topics: from delivery issues to stock questions. You will be trained by our fantastic and sporty teammates, not to worry!
You should have a genuine sense of service and love people!
My Responsibilities
- I satisfy all customers by providing sincere services with a personal touch
- I constantly respect our "satisfy or satisfy" mindset via phone.
- I am the voice of the customers' in the company so I help feedback all the pain points the customers are facing so the problems can be solved at the root cause
- I share my sport passion and positive energy with our users and teammates
- I take initiative for my training and development
