Requirements
You are good at:
- Addressing issues and question regarding people operations from employees and managers
- Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Employment contract preparations (Benchmarking, preparation etc)
- Assisting relocation and travel arrangements for employees
- Assisting the formation of HR policies and guidelines
- Building up people-centric initiatives
- Managing HR databases with HRIS system (BambooHR)
- Preparing reports for upper management, finance department etc.
- Benefits administration such as leave and medical insurance matters
- Handling work pass related matters such as application, renewal, cancellation
- Own RSO administration and communication with the employees
- Multitasking, being people oriented, meticulous and organized
- Managing projects to continuously improve efficiencies of PO processes
We need you to have:
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience in HR operations and processes
- Experience in handling remote working employees
- Knowledge on Singapore Employment / Labour Law
- Experience in managing global/regional payroll
