Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on and motivated self-starter who's passionate about using data to help us improve process efficiency and effectiveness so as to generate pipeline, growth and sales productivity across functional teams.

The ASEAN Public Sector Sales Planning & Operations Manager will drive standardization and automation to reporting tools, methods, and processes, and using data to provide actionable insights & recommendations to business stakeholders. This position will also help advance process to scale by diving deep into root causes of cross-organizational processes and systems for longer term remediation. He/she will partner with other AWS team leaders in sales, technical, demand generation, marketing, customer support, business, technology and solutions functions to create and refine the tools needed to generate productivity increases and operational efficiency improvement. This will include working with the ASEAN sales leadership to support country business development strategies and activities to meet organizational goals and initiatives.

The successful candidate must be able to roll-up his/her sleeves dive deep into less defined spaces, and instill proper levels of structure and control. He/she will be eager to learn, passionate about their work, detail-oriented, analytical, and have excellent problem-solving abilities. He/she will have superb communication and customer-relationship skills, and be a passionate advocate for their customers. He/she will be experienced at working with large data sets and be comfortable using technical tools. Active collaboration with functional leadership in Business Development, Operations, Business Desk, Pricing, Finance, Marketing, talent acquisition will be crucial to the effective execution of the responsibilities. He/she will drive simple, scalable solutions to difficult problems, have excellent project-management skills, and be able to communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbally, in a clear and concise way.

Responsibilities
· Drive standardization and automation of dashboards and tools across ASEAN, enabling real-time access of key business performance metrics to stakeholders for decision making
· Lead the modeling and development of recommendations for segment sizing, global allocations, productivity, coverage, investments and alignment.
· Dive deep into cross-organizational sales processes and systems with stakeholders for longer term remediation.
· Facilitate business growth initiatives with data insights such as campaign effectiveness, win rates, etc and collaborate with Lead Development, Marketing, Partner and other functional teams together, to drive pipeline build activities and outcomes.
· Lead cross-functional engagement such as regional development initiatives
· Work with account and partner development managers to see through goals defined in account, territory and plan plans
· Lead the development and provision of routine and ad-hoc analytic reports to AWS senior management regarding Business Development initiatives, customer segment performance, performance against goals, etc. Ensure reports contribute to business insight and decision-making, and minimize overall report burden.

Job Specification

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience in country role in Business Planning, Sales Operations, Sales Management, or other related field
· Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
· Proven experience with the process improvement, sales program/project management, CRM system/tool automation and implementation, change management, business reporting
· High level of competency in Excel, and hands-on experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Anaplan, Varicent
· Strong business-process design experience, written and verbal communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience working within a high-growth, technology company would be highly beneficial
· Exhibits sound business judgment, strong analytical skills, and ability to learn new tools/process quickly
· Handles multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
· An ability to work well and productively, always projecting a positive outlook in a sometimes intense environment
