Job Description

AWS is seeking a data-driven, hands-on and self-directed Marketing Programs Manager, Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) with a successful track record of building and executing senior executive focused, digital and offline, programs and campaigns. In this role you will be responsible for building programs and campaigns targeted at the business and technical C-suite and Heads of LOB’s, of large enterprises, to build awareness, gain mindshare, and ultimately preference for AWS as their strategic partner to drive innovation and transformation in their organisations.

Responsibilities:
· Develop a comprehensive marketing plan that successfully drives engagement with senior decision makers in large enterprises across APJ and helps this audience understand the benefits of the cloud, and how AWS can help them achieve their business goals.
· Partner with country and functional marketing teams including digital marketing, content and events to drive existing programs and launch new breakthrough multi-channel programs and campaigns with tactics including but not limited to virtual events, webinars, content marketing, nurture campaigns, roundtables and hospitality events.
· Engage with sales leadership at various levels to ensure alignment on business priorities, marketing strategies, tactics and desired outcomes.
· Support the sales enablement team with insights, audience knowledge, playbooks and other tools on how to articulate AWS value to senior executives.
· Prioritize, manage and optimize marketing spend to deliver against KPIs.

Job Specification

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Held a similar marketing position within the IT Industry, with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience.
· Successful track record of building & executing audience specific marketing strategies with clear goals & objectives that aligns with business priorities and supports revenue targets.
· Consistently demonstrated success in hands-on programs and campaign execution, and project management.
· Experience with building marketing / sales funnels and lead nurturing processes.
· Ability to work independently and autonomously.
· Ability to work on multiple, simultaneous programs that require strategic thinking as well as high-speed tactical execution.
· Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables in a fast paced environment.
· Problem solving skills with the ability to dive deep and attention to detail.
· Fluent in written and spoken English
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or relevant area of study.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Marketing experience working in rapid growth companies and industries
· Knowledge about cloud computing market and technologies
· Skill to use BI tools, Salesforce, Marketo and other digital marketing tools
