Roles amp; Responsibilities:
This program starts with a 3-week full-time intensive training on Outsystems low code development platform, followed by 24 weeks of client attachment programme to gain hands-on experience through real software/application development work exposure. Your primary function as an OutSystems Developer will be the development and maintenance of OutSystems-based applications deployed in a fast-paced business environment.
As an OutSystems Developer, you will be part of the development team under the supervision of a Development Lead.
You will be Interacting with Product Owners and other stakeholders, both technical and business.
Job Description:
- You will be part of the agile project team responsible for delivering and maintaining small-scale enterprise web applications
- You will be interacting in a team/group setting with Product Owners and other stakeholders to understand user requirements
- You will work with other team members to develop functional features while meeting the User Experience (UX) goals.
- You will participate in the definition and/or extend the data model of the applications enforcing proper referential integrity constraints
- You will be assigned to develop functional components including screens, business logic and custom UI using the OutSystems platform
- You will match existing user interface (UI) guidelines to meet the requirements within the OutSystems platform.
Requirements
- Singapore citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents*, aged 21 and above.
- At least a Diploma/Degree in IT-related discipline preferably with programming/ coding background
- Full time commitment during the training and work attachment period
