You are a Product Designer comfortable owning all stages of the design process from Discovery to Delivery while working alongside our highly engaged, cross-functional Music Creation team. You understand the importance of conceptual design, interaction design, systems thinking, and visual design. You know how to call on all parts of the design process to create simple, beautiful, and easy to learn tools that empower everyone to be a creator.
You’re a great communicator who applies an empathetic and user-centered approach to solving real world problems for digital-native musicians. You know that making product decisions is easy when they are informed by direct conversations with community members at every stage of design and implementation. You have a strong eye for detail and appreciate feedback from your peers and our community of creators; you also know how to give feedback in a way that is encouraging and constructive.
